Theresa Page, Esq.

Theresa Page brings nearly 13 years of trust and estate experience to her role as Trust Officer at HM Payson. Most recently, she served as Executive Director on the J.P. Morgan Trust Specialty Situations team, providing fiduciary expertise across the firm’s U.S. practice. She also served as Vice President on the Closely Held Asset Management team, managing complex assets within family trusts.

Theresa earned her law degree from the University of Maine School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. She completed her undergrad at Roger Williams University, graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature. Theresa’s attention to detail, legal training, and breadth of trust experience give her a unique ability to help clients with complex and evolving estate needs.

As Trust Officer, Theresa enjoys developing long-term, trusted relationships with families across generations. She’s honored to be trusted with each client’s unique story and to play a part in their past, present, and future.
