Mladenka Stjepanovic

Mladenka Stjepanovic brings over a decade of experience in executive assistance to the HM Payson team. Originally from former Yugoslavia, Mladenka moved to the U.S. in the mid-90s and now proudly calls Portland, Maine her home. Her background includes supporting high-capacity leaders, CEOs, and Board Members across various industries.

At HM Payson, Mladenka’s role involves providing administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer. Her responsibilities encompass various tasks, including communication management, calendar coordination, expense reporting, vendor management and phone system administration.

Additionally, she is a member of the marketing committee, responsible for coordinating sponsorships, advertising details, and producing reports.

Mladenka finds immense pleasure in her work, finding fulfillment in the opportunity to contribute, support, and make a meaningful difference.
