Andrew Bullard

Andrew Bullard was born and raised in Alfred, Maine, attended Thornton Academy in Saco, and earned his degree in Finance and Business Management from the University of Maine. After several years of experience in the financial industry and beyond — from client service to sales, sales management, and marketing — he joined HM Payson in 2024.  Andrew’s background provides a strong foundation for supporting both advisors and clients, and he enjoys being part of a knowledgeable, collaborative team that puts clients first.

As a Relationship Administrator, Andrew assists clients with a variety of requests, including account openings, asset transfers, reports, and customized presentations. He works closely with clients to ensure their questions are answered and their accounts are set up and maintained efficiently.
